Welcome to Cutie Catie’s Sewing Logbook! We are so happy to have you here. By using our app, you’re agreeing to the "rules of the craft room" below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Cutie Catie’s Sewing Logbook, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, no hard feelings—but please don't use the app!

2. Your Data & Google Drive
Our app is designed to help you organize data within your own Google Drive.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
Backup: Since we don't store your data on our servers, we cannot "recover" lost photos or logs if you delete them from your Drive.

3. Machine Maintenance Disclaimer
We love your sewing machines as much as you do, but our Maintenance Log is a tracking tool only.
Not Professional Advice: The app does not provide professional mechanical advice.
No Liability: Cutie Catie’s Crafts is not responsible for any damage to your machines, missed service dates, or mechanical failures that occur while using the app. Always follow your manufacturer’s manual!

4. "As Is" Service
We work hard to keep the app "seamless," but we provide it "as is." This means we can't guarantee it will be 100% bug-free or available 24/7. We reserve the right to update or change features to make the app better for everyone.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cutie Catie’s Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms
Every now and then, we might "alter the pattern." If we make big changes to these terms, we’ll let you know via an app update or on our website.
